Terms of Service.

Section 01

Service Description

Klasso provides an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform designed for K-12 educational institutions in India. The Service facilitates fee collection, attendance tracking, communication, and academic management between the school administration, teachers, and parents/students.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Klasso platform, which includes our web portal, mobile applications for iOS and Android, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, your institution agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Section 02

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service exclusively for its intended educational and administrative purposes. You shall not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of the platform.
• Use the communication features to transmit unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
• Upload malicious code, illegal content, or data that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

Section 03

Data Ownership & Export

You, the institution, retain full ownership of all data inputted into the Service, including student records, staff information, and financial data. Klasso claims no ownership over your data.

Section 04

Payment Terms

The Service is billed on an annual subscription basis. Invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt. Failure to settle invoices may result in the suspension of administrative access, though parent-facing apps will continue to operate for a grace period to prevent disruption to families.

Section 05

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and rigorous data security, the Service is provided "as is." In no event shall Klasso Technologies Private Limited (incorporation pending) or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

Section 06

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi NCR.
